Inspector was very polite, experienced and thorough. Report was very detailed, no stone unturned. The report was also easy to read and understand…loved the pictured…best photography I have ever seen. I liked that he didn't just do an inspection and gave a report, but provided recommendations, suggestions, expectations, of items that were inspected. This Inspection made it easy to ask for and receive an additional substantial concession. Great Job!

The fact that we were buying a home from out of state made it very important for us to use a reputable home inspection company. We were a little concerned with some of the issues that were revealed on our home inspection report and called HouseMaster to speak with Bill. Bill wasn't immediately available, but managed to call us in between two other inspections. He thoroughly explained the issues on the report that were of concern to us and reassured us on the condition of the property. It was necessary for us to have some work done on the A/C and Bill referred us to a local contractor. He also let us know we could call him back any time, even a year from now and he would be willing to give us advice or refer us to any contractor we may need.

Chaz was awesome! He reviewed EVERYTHING and gave us a play by play as he went through things. Very thorough, very knowledgeable, etc. I have already recommended you all to 2 different people. Great job!!
